No member regiester email coming and can not login after active

HI,

Our site can not get new member register email and the member doesn’t get related email.

When a new member register on our site. There are no any notice.
It will display on “wordpress admin panel > Users > All Users > Pending”

If I let the pending users become a member.
The member still can not login.

We have some testing member accounts.
It all the same situation.

Is there any problem there?
