member pages

Hello, I’ve the issue on Members page of my site cookkoo.com the details as below:

– I have members about 2,150,000 users but members page display about 4,300,000 users (Double amount)
– I’ve setting in Theme options – Buddypress to display 24 members/page but the page display only 12 users.
– When i click at any members to see details it’s display “Error 404 – Page not found”
