How to the "Concerns or Questions & Newsletter Signup Box" on landing page

I have looked everywhere in the admin section on my site on how or where to remove this column that says “Concerns or Questions” and “Newsletter Signup”, on the bottom of the landing page, but couldn’t find a way to remove the section on all pages from my site. Please help!
