How to change the default value for "sort by" in the members-directory?

Hi together,

I would like to change the default value for “sort by” filter in the members directory. Now its sorted by “last activity” but I would like to change it to “alphabetical”.

That’s not controlled by Kleo. Ask on the buddypress forum or google for a solution.
