Changing background color of "title" tag…

The background of your title tag is black. I’m trying to change the color. I can accomplish what I’m trying to do in this JS Fiddle, but I am not sure how to apply it to the theme.

Can you advise?

You can add

COPY CODE

<a href="#" title="This is the title to show">hover here</a>

in a text widget in the footer sidebar under the widgets you already have.

The CSS code should be added in the style.css file from your child theme. To select the title atribute using CSS take a look at this:
